Refund policy
Your well-being and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you are not satisfied with your order from our online store and wish to return it for any reason, we will accept returns requested up to 12 weeks from the date of purchase under the conditions herein. Refund amounts are processed as noted below. Returns might be accepted beyond the 12 week limit at our sole discretion.
To be eligible for a return or exchange with us directly, your item must have been purchased directly from our online store. You’ll also need the Order Number for your order. If you purchased one of our products from a third-party physical or online store, please contact them directly for returns, exchanges or refunds.
To initiate a return or exchange request for products ordered from us directly, please send the following information either in reply to one of the notification emails we've sent you during the ordering process, or via our Contact form (where you must also insert at least your full name and email address in the appropriate fields):
- the word "Return" or "Exchange".
- the Order Number.
- the reason for the return or exchange.
and our customer support team will contact you to arrange it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange might not be traceable, acceptable or refundable.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon its delivery to you, since damaged items need to be reported to us within 14 days of delivery, with complete damaged goods and their packaging kept in received form to be sent back to us, to be eligible for refund. Contact us immediately by the same means described above if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue to try and make it right. If there has been glass breakage or product spillage during shipping, keep all damaged goods and original packing materials that we will need sent back with the damaged item for inspection.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return whether a full or partial refund was approved - in our fair and generous discretion - depending on how much of the product was consumed. Please note that damaged items need to be reported to us within 14 days of delivery, with complete damaged goods and their packaging kept in received form to be sent back to us, to be eligible for refund.
Once a full or partial refund is approved, you’ll be notified accordingly and we'll automatically refund that amount to your original payment method (we apologize that the original shipping costs are non-refundable). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
The simplest way to make an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and refund is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We apologize that we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
