Shipping Policy of Cannacea

Your well-being and satisfaction are our top priorities. You can always contact us with any shipping-related questions by using our Contact form, or in reply to our notification emails if you've already placed an order.

Orders placed before noon US Pacific Time are normally shipped within 1 business day, otherwise it can take 2 business days from the order date to process and ship out your order. Such processing times are approximately factored into the Estimated Delivery dates shown during the shipping stage of checkout (± 1 business day). Estimated Delivery dates also factor in the shipping carrier's declared delivery times that are the carrier's responsibility.

For shipping destinations within the United States and its territories we offer shipping via USPS, UPS, and DHL (depending on the options you select).

For some international shipping destinations (outside the USA and its territories) we offer shipping via UPS. Please note, for international orders the onus of responsibility for establishing eligibility (and potential consequences) of importation of our hemp products lies exclusively with the customer making the order. The international Harmonized System code for "Hemp Oil" is 1515.90.8010 and shall be declared in shipping and/or customs documentation accompanying international orders. Our Full Spectrum Hemp Oils contain no more than 0.2% Total THC, and are labeled with a QR Code for immediate laboratory certification of THC content.

As there are some US states, US territories or countries that we might not ship our Hemp products to, for which a shipping error will be displayed during checkout, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

In addition to the Order Number that accompanies your initial Order Confirmation, a tracking number from the shipping carrier you selected during checkout will be sent to you in your Shipment Confirmation notice.

For all orders, we reserve the right to require “signature on delivery,” which will come at no added cost to you, to further protect your purchase and maximize your satisfaction!

If an order gets "returned to sender", please contact us. If the package return is due to an address or other error from our end, we will ship it back to you at no added cost. If the error is from your end, pending your approval we will happily resend the returned package to you with added re-shipping costs.
